PRINT PRODUCTION INTERNSHIP:

The Print Production intern will come to understand the method behind specific procedures used in the printing process. The intern will also gain an understanding of the different types of print options available to clients. Interns will become familiarized with what to look for when selecting print options for a published work and will execute their acquired knowledge by playing a part in the selection process.

Duties
• Research print vendors and customer lists
• Organize and present research on an ongoing basis
• Follow up on vendors and clients
• Research current printing technology
• Organize filing system
• Develop and organize sample reference library

Qualifications
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel
• Adept at research
• An interest in the printing industry
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Bright, organized, energetic and dependable personality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Majors
• No preference

*Our internship opportunities are un-paid and are available for course credit throughout the fall, spring, and summer semesters, though you do not need to receive course credit to participate.
